Our Licensing Lawyers assist with drawing up premises licence applications, transfer applications or variation applications; and represent our clients before local authority licensing committees on contested applications. We also have experience in representing interested parties on premises licence review applications.
In addition, our team has considerable experience with taxi and private hire licensing, including representing drivers and operators before licensing committees on contested applications and revocation proceedings.
