If unique means easy to get along with, readily available to talk to, without hiding behind emails, then they are unique. My experience with other law firms is limited, but they are streets ahead. Their innovation would be they respond to contact quickly, which should not be an innovation, but is in the legal world. All the staff have been excellent communicators.
